I led the developed a conflict resolution program to help team members at McKenzie SewOn be more effective with interpersonal communication.
The process is three fold - Listen. Repeat. Resolve. Based on that system we launched a campaign to help team members remember these steps - affectionately known as LRR.
I created posters that where hung throughout the building and had stickers and pencils made that team members can use to help keep the new philosophy in mind throughout their days.
